Brown Sugar Muffins

Very easy to make, yet healthy & other ingredients (berries, choc. chips, nuts etc) can be added into this muffins!

Prep Time:10min
Baking Time:15-20min
Makes: 12

Ingredients:
A)
1/2 cup butter (melted & room temperature)
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla essence

B)
2 cups flour (Sifted)
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt

Method:
** Preheat oven at 375 F or 200 C.
1) Beat wet ingredients (A) in a large mixing bowl.
2) In another mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients (B). Mix till well combined.
3) Add combined dry igredients (B) slowly into the wet ingredients (A). Stir all the while till all just combined. Do not over combined.
*4) Optional: Add in nuts or chocolate chips now. Mix and add in another 1 tbsp flour. Do not over mix.
5) Pour into greased muffin pan. Fill 2/3 parts as the muffin will rise.
6) Bake for 15 minutes. Insert skewer or toothpick to check.If not cook, bake for another 5 minutes.
7) Cool on rack. Remove muffins from pan.
8) Dust some icing sugar before servings.
